1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to a Bonus Fund that a Player must achieve in settled bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the uv777 Platform, completing the registration process, or making use of any feature or service provided by uv777 — including browsing, depositing, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an Account on uv777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. uv777 is strictly an 18+ platform and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of players. Any Account opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.
• You may only hold one active Account on uv777. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

uv777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification, in order to verify your eligibility, confirm your identity, or comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Balances

4.1 Deposits

uv777 accepts deposits in PKR via the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL direct transfer, UBL direct transfer, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of deposit). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. uv777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or banking system outages beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. uv777 reserves the right to require identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard Account tier: processed within 1 business day of request approval.
• Gold VIP tier: processed same day for requests received before 18:00 PKT.
• Diamond VIP tier: priority processing within 2 hours of request approval.

Withdrawals are subject to any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds within your Balance. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are never subject to Wagering Requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard identity verification procedures.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements, and bonus amounts on uv777 are denominated exclusively in PKR. Where a deposit is made via a method that involves a currency conversion (such as USDT TRC20), the conversion rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. uv777 does not apply additional conversion fees, but players should be aware that cryptocurrency values fluctuate and the PKR equivalent received may differ from the value at time of initiating the transaction.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

uv777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the promotion is offered.

General bonus terms that apply to all uv777 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and over only.
• Each promotion is available once per Account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• uv777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion at any time prior to a player claiming it.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the full Wagering Requirement has been met.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the stated period.
• uv777 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation of any kind.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active Bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a Bonus is active may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Players who wish to forfeit a Bonus and restore full withdrawal access to their deposited Balance may contact the uv777 support team via live chat. Forfeiting a Bonus will result in the permanent removal of all associated Bonus Funds from the Account.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on uv777 are governed by their respective rules as displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on uv777, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All bet settlements are final once confirmed by the uv777 system. Errors in settlement must be reported within 72 hours of the relevant event or game round concluding.
• uv777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was created or settled in error, or where a technical malfunction has materially affected the outcome.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of a delay, cancellation, or material change to the underlying event (for example, a T20 cricket match being abandoned due to weather).
• uv777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, betting market, or casino table at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability temporarily.
• All results generated by uv777's random number generators and third-party game providers are certified and independently audited. uv777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uv777 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with all Balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Attempting to launder funds through the uv777 Platform, including by depositing funds and withdrawing them without substantive gaming activity.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the uv777 Platform — including but not limited to the uv777 brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of uv777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any uv777 content without prior written consent.

You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised use of uv777's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

9Privacy and Data Protection

uv777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uv777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and browser are adequately protected when accessing the Platform.

12Account Suspension and Termination

uv777 may suspend or terminate an Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• A Player being found to be under the age of 18.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements mandating Account closure.

Upon Account termination for breach, uv777 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, uv777 may forfeit the Balance in part or in full in accordance with these Terms. Where no breach is established, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the uv777 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Balance in real-money funds will be returned to the Player within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe for their Account tier. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13Amendments to These Terms

uv777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, uv777 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and will endeavour to notify registered Players by email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or for urgent security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the uv777 Platform.
